Tasting Note
Concentrated black cherry, plum and blackberry with molasses, tobacco, black pepper, vanilla and dark chocolate. Rich, layered palate with plush tannins and a long, powerful finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, tomahawk steak, roast lamb, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Sichuan-style beef, Peking duck, black pepper beef noodle dishes.

Production Method
Estate fruit (Hillspring Vineyard). Traditional red vinification; matured ~30 months in new French oak barriques to build structure and ageworthiness.
