Tasting Note
Aromas of ripe raspberry, plum and dark cherry with herbal notes of sage and black tea. Palate delivers black cherry, boysenberry, dark chocolate and black pepper, finishing with clove and star anise; silky tannins and refreshing acidity.

Production Method
Estate-grown fruit; fermented in stainless steel with careful temperature control; aged approximately 16–18 months in French oak (about 30–50% new).
