Tasting Note
Poached pear, lemon cream, green apple and honeysuckle with toasted brioche, subtle vanilla and butterscotch. Bright citrus acidity, creamy mid‑palate, restrained French oak and a long mineral-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: scallops, lobster or mushroom risotto, roast chicken, grilled salmon, creamy pasta. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, tempura prawns, sushi with richer fish, mild Thai coconut curry, Cantonese roasted chicken.

Production Method
100% estate-grown Chardonnay; fermented and aged in French oak barrels (~8 months); blended from multiple estate lots and bottled August 2009.
