Tasting Note
Fresh green apple, white peach and citrus with gardenia and ginger. Medium–full-bodied with bright acidity, subtle toasted French oak and a mouthwatering, zesty finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled lobster, roast chicken with lemon, creamy pasta, goat cheese, scallops. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, tempura prawns, sushi (white fish), Thai coconut curry with mild spice, Chinese steamed fish with ginger and scallion.

Production Method
Estate-grown fruit; fermented in stainless steel with a portion barrel-fermented; aged ~9 months in French oak (≈10% new); ~4% underwent malolactic fermentation.
