Blackcurrant, blackberry and ripe plum with notes of black licorice, cocoa, cedar and dried herbs; firm silky tannins, bright acidity and a long savory finish.

Production Method
Estate-grown fruit; fermented in stainless tanks, pressed and matured approximately 16–20 months in French and American oak (portion new), then blended, fined and bottled.
