Tasting Note
Concentrated black-currant and blackberry with plum and blueberry, violet and dried herbs, cedar, cocoa and vanilla. Firm, polished tannins, bright acidity and a long eucalyptus-menthol finish.

Production Method
Estate-grown grapes fermented in stainless and small oak vats, blended and aged approximately 18 months in French oak (≈50% new). Sustainable viticulture and careful barrel selection for balance.

Family-owned Trefethen Vineyards (est. commercial production 1973) on the 600-acre Main Ranch in Oak Knoll. Historic 1886 gravity-flow winery; produces estate-only wines with sustainable farming practices.
