Tasting Note
Dark black‑purple; concentrated blackcurrant, blackberry and plum with violet, cocoa, cedar and subtle bay leaf. Bright acidity, firm yet integrated tannins, elegant energy and a long, savory finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, roast lamb, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean galbi (grilled short ribs), Cantonese char siu, Sichuan pepper beef, Japanese yakiniku. Also pairs with mushroom ragù and rich tomato braises.

Estate-grown grapes fermented in small lots and aged 18 months in French oak (≈52% new), blended from Main Ranch blocks.
