Tasting Note
Aromatic Junmai Daiginjo with notes of strawberry, ripe melon and papaya, soft rice sweetness and umami, light acidity and a smooth, off‑dry finish. Medium‑full texture with elegant, persistent fruit and floral tones.

Production Method
Junmai Daiginjo brewed from Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 40%. Made with in‑house yeast, traditional multiple‑parallel fermentation, cold conditioning and light filtration for clarity and aromatic lift.
