Tasting Note
Merlot-led: ripe black cherry, plum and redcurrant with violet florals, graphite, tobacco and cocoa. Medium-bodied, precise silky tannins, balanced acidity and a long licorice-tinged finish.

Hand-harvested from Sainte-Anne plot; extended cold pre-fermentation, alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperatures, maceration, malolactic fermentation, aged 12 months (70% one-year barrels, 30% new French oak).
