Tasting Note
Concentrated black fruits (blackberry, blueberry) with black truffle, mocha, cedar and mineral notes. Full-bodied, velvety yet firm tannins, vibrant freshness and a long, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, braised beef short ribs, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses (Cheddar, Comté). Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ beef, soy-braised short ribs, shiitake mushroom hotpot.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, small-parcel fermentations; aged 15–18 months in French oak barriques (≈40% new); traditional Bordeaux vinification.

Château Tour Saint‑Christophe (Saint‑Christophe‑des‑Bardes), acquired by Peter Kwok in 2012. Terraced clay‑limestone vineyards; upgraded to Saint‑Émilion Grand Cru Classé in 2022.
