Aromatic wild dark cherry, violet and forest-floor notes; medium-full palate of ripe red and black fruits, savory earth, baking spice, fine-grained tannins and a long mineral finish.

Production Method

Organic viticulture; hand-harvested Pinot Noir; traditional open-top fermentation with native yeasts; élevage 16–18 months in French oak (c.50–80% new); lightly fined, typically bottled unfiltered.
