Tasting Note
Deep ruby; aromas of red berries, cherry, rose and violet with spice and toasted oak; concentrated with firm tannins, mineral earth and savory undergrowth, finishing long and powerful.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; organic viticulture (certified 2013); mostly destemmed with ~25% whole-bunch; cold-soak and native-yeast fermentation; malolactic in barrel; aged ~15–18 months in French oak (c.50% new).
Vineyard Info
Domaine Tortochot, a family estate in Gevrey-Chambertin since the 19th century, run by Chantal Tortochot (4th generation). Around 11–12 hectares including several Grands Crus; known for terroir-driven, powerful Pinot Noir and organic conversion.
