Red cherry and dried raspberry with leather, pipe tobacco, cedar, licorice and baking spice. Silky, lively acidity and polished, firm tannins with a long, smoky finish. (Max 50 words)

Production Method
Hand-harvested; traditional fermentation; aged ~6 years in used American oak barriques, racked twice yearly, clarified with egg whites, and bottle-aged before release.
