Tasting Note
Pale gold with citrus, dried pear, toasted almonds, beeswax, honey and subtle spice. Bright acidity, medium body and a nutty, saline finish with rendered oak and mineral complexity.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Viura fermented in old oak vats with indigenous yeasts; matured about four years in well-seasoned American oak, racked regularly, fined with egg whites, bottled unfiltered and aged in bottle before release.
