Tasting Note
Pale straw with green highlights. Aromas of acacia, elderflower, apple and pear; flavors of white-fleshed fruit, citrus and a distinctive almond/sapidity. Crisp, mineral-driven acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Garganega; cool-temperature fermentation in stainless-steel or cement; aged 5–6 months on fine lees; no oak influence; bottled following spring.

Tommasi Viticoltori is a family-owned estate (founded 1902) based in Pedemonte di Valpolicella. Le Volpare vineyards sit on volcanic basalt soils of Monte Foscarino in the Soave Classico zone.
