Intense ruby red with black pepper, raisin and sweet red-cherry flavors; savory, spicy mid-to-full body, balanced acidity and silky to taut tannins, with a persistent, savory finish.

Production Method
Traditional Ripasso: Valpolicella wine refermented on warm Amarone pomace; initial stainless-steel fermentation, ~12 days on skins, then 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
