Tasting Note
Deep ruby with garnet highlights. Aromas of ripe cherries, plums, blackberries, liquorice and bitter cocoa. Full-bodied, concentrated and velvety with ripe, integrated tannins, lively freshness and a very long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Manual harvest; appassimento on traditional arele (~100 days); gentle pressing; slow fermentation (~30 days) in oak vats with indigenous yeasts; aged 4 years (1 year in 500L barriques, 3 years in Slavonian oak casks) and at least 1 year in bottle.
