Tasting Note
Deep ruby with ripe cherry, dried fig, raisin and plum, layered with mocha, licorice, thyme and cocoa. Full-bodied, velvety texture with warm spice and long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes are air-dried (appassimento) for ~3 months, fermented, then aged ~3 years in 35‑hl Slavonian oak casks followed by bottle aging.
