Tasting Note
Deep ruby with dried cherry, plum, black-fruit, cocoa, leather and baking spice. Full-bodied, velvety tannins, concentrated core and a long, warm, slightly bitter chocolate finish.
Food Pairing

Production Method
Traditional appassimento: grapes dried 2–4 months, fermented (stainless/wood), long maceration, then aged ~30–36 months in large Slavonian oak casks (some barrique influence) and further bottle aging.
