Tasting Note
Perfumed red cherry and raspberry with violet florals, earth and minerally spice. Silky, medium-bodied palate, ripe fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity; long, elegant finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, coq au vin, mushroom risotto, roast pork, beef bourguignon, soft cheeses (Époisses). Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso-glazed fish, teriyaki salmon, Korean bulgogi, mushroom or soy-based ramen.

Production Method
Pinot Noir almost entirely de-stemmed; gentle fermentations with limited pigeage and temperature control; aged 12–16 months in French oak (approx. 20–30% new).

Family domaine founded 1880; run today by cousins Nathalie, Jean‑Paul and Olivier Tollot. About 60 acres across the Côte de Beaune; known for traditional, classically styled Pinot Noir.
