Tasting Note
Red and black cherry, blackcurrant and raspberry with licorice, espresso, forest-floor and subtle vanilla. Medium-plus body, bright acidity, fine firm tannins and a long, spicy, mineral-driven finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, mostly destemmed Pinot Noir; open-top fermentation with regular pigeage; gentle press and 16–18 months élevage in French oak (c.25–35% new).
