Tasting Note
Bright red-cherry and wild-berry fruit with violet and kirsch notes, savory mineral/iron and subtle pepper/graphite. Medium-bodied with racy acidity, fine velvety tannins and a crisp, slightly savory finish.

Production Method
Traditional Burgundian vinification (destemmed Pinot Noir, maceration and gentle extraction). Aged ~16 months in 228L French oak barrels with c.25–33% new oak before bottling.
