Tasting Note
Bright red and black cherry, blackberry, briar and violet with earthy, savory notes, cedar spice and a mineral finish. Silky, ripe tannins and balanced acidity with a medium–long finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, grapes mostly destemmed; 10–15 day fermentation with daily punch-downs in stainless steel/cement; aged 16–18 months in French oak (c.30–35% new).

Family domaine since late 19th century. Pièce du Chapitre is a Tollot‑Beaut monopole (planted c.1950), ~1.47 ha of old Pinot vines, acquired by the domaine in 2001.
