Tasting Note
Bright, perfumed Pinot with juicy red and dark cherry, blackberry, spice, sandalwood and toasty oak. Medium-bodied, tangy acidity and slightly firm, rustic tannins with a lingering spice-tinged finish.

Production Method
Mostly de-stemmed Pinot Noir; open-vat fermentation with daily punchdowns, malolactic fermentation in barrel, aged 16–18 months in French oak (≈20–25% new).
