Tasting Note
Fresh red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry with rose-petal and forest-floor notes; medium-bodied, bright acidity, silky low tannins and a touch of vanilla/spice from oak, finishing with a chalky mineral edge.

Western: roast duck, coq au vin, mushroom risotto, pork tenderloin, charcuterie and soft cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, teriyaki salmon, pork dumplings, shiitake stir-fry, mild Korean BBQ (samgyeopsal) and noodle dishes with mushrooms.
Production Method
100% Pinot Noir from village and nearby plots; grapes mostly de-stemmed, fermented in open vats with daily punchdowns, malolactic completes, aged ~18 months in French oak (≈25% new).
