Red and black cherry, red flowers, sweet herbs, earth and vanilla spice; medium-bodied with ripe fruit, silky texture and a gently warm finish.

Roast duck, coq au vin, mushroom risotto, pork tenderloin; Asian: duck pancakes, char siu, teriyaki salmon, shiitake stir-fry.

Production Method
Mostly de-stemmed Pinot Noir; open-vat fermentation with daily punch-downs, malolactic fermentation, 18 months in French oak (25% new).
