Tasting Note
Bright red cherry, raspberry and red currant with earthy notes, warm spice and subtle vanilla. Ripe 2019 fruit is plush and concentrated with balanced acidity and a mildly rustic finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir, mostly de-stemmed; fermented in stainless steel/open vats with daily punchdowns; malolactic completed; ~18 months aging in French oak (≈25% new).
