Tasting Note
Medium-bodied Pinot Noir with red cherry, raspberry, plum, baking spices, earth and saline minerality. Silky tannins, lively acidity and a smooth, slightly savory finish.

Production Method
Mostly destemmed Pinot Noir; fermentation with regular punch‑downs/pigeage (~10–15 days) then élevage 16–18 months in oak with a minority of new barrels (village/1er cru ~20–30% new).

Family domaine founded late 19th century (Tollot family), run by Nathalie, Jean‑Paul and Olivier Tollot. Grèves parcel is long‑owned by the family; vines in the parcel date from 1968. Domaine owns parcels across Chorey, Savigny, Beaune and Aloxe.
