Pure red cherry and raspberry with summer truffle, undergrowth and mineral notes; delicate spice and earth, bright acidity, velvety mid‑palate and a lingering spice-tinged finish.

Production Method
Traditional fermentation (stainless and cement vats) with punch‑downs; malolactic fermentation and 12–18 months aging in French oak (approx. 30–50% new).
