Tasting Note
Red cherry and plum with violet florals, forest floor and savory spice; subtle vanilla/oak. Bright acidity, medium body, supple tannins and a mineral-tinged, moderately long finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir, destemmed; fermented 10–15 days with regular punchdowns, matured 16–18 months in Burgundian oak (≈30–33% new).
