Concentrated red and black cherry, blackberry, clove and forest-floor aromas; savory minerality, fresh acidity, firm ripe tannins and integrated oak spice. Medium-plus body with a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; grapes almost entirely de-stemmed; fermentations in wooden or stainless tanks with temperature control; élevage 15–18 months in French oak (approx. 30–40% new).
