Tasting Note
Deep golden honeyed nose of apricot, orange marmalade, candied citrus, dried fig and honeysuckle; palate shows rich apricot, quince, marmalade and toasted nut notes balanced by bright acidity and a very long, honeyed finish.

Production Method
Traditional Aszú method: six puttonyos of botrytised berries macerated with base must, gentle pressing, slow fermentation in Hungarian oak, aged 2–3 years in small oak barrels and additional bottle aging.
