Perfumed violets, wild cherry and rosemary with warming spice. Energetic yet polished palate of vibrant cherry, wild strawberry and liquorice; medium-bodied, textural with fine sandy tannins and a long aromatic finish.

Hand‑picked from old, dry‑grown bush vines; ~68% wild fermented in a concrete pyramid with layers of whole‑bunch and crushed fruit, remainder wild fermented in open fermenters (≈35% whole bunch); matured in concrete egg and French puncheons.
