Tasting Note
Perfumed McLaren Vale Grenache—ripe raspberry and cherry, pomegranate, rose petal, white pepper and baking spice. Silky texture with sandy, savory tannins, subtle deli-meat/iron notes, gentle vanilla oak and a long, succulent finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, pork shoulder, charcuterie, grilled sausages, pizza, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, grilled teriyaki pork, spicy Thai basil chicken.

Production Method
Hand-picked from old bush vines; up to 30% whole-bunches, native ferment with twice-daily plunging, gently pressed and aged ~10 months in old oak hogsheads. Bottled unfined/unfiltered; vegan.
