Tasting Note
Refreshing white fruits with peach and stone-fruit core, light spice and gentle oak, bright zippy acidity and a saline/mineral thread that adds texture and lift.

Production Method
Hand‑picked fruit, pressed direct with slight settling; natural fermentation in French oak hogsheads and concrete eggs; 10 months ageing with regular batonnage; light fining and filtration. Made from organically grown grapes.
