Aromatic, pinot-like Grenache: wild strawberry, raspberry, dried herbs, rose and spice with dry forest-floor and saline notes. Medium-bodied, crunchy acidity, silky texture and subtle tannins, long savory finish.

Roast lamb, charcuterie, duck confit, grilled pork, pizza; Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, spicy Sichuan dishes, Thai basil chicken.

Production Method
Dry‑grown old bush vines; hand‑harvested, 50% whole‑bunch, gentle foot press and wild ferment; aged ~8 months in 500L puncheons and 300L used French oak; bottled unfined and unfiltered.
