Tasting Note

Bright lime, white peach and nectarine with delicate white flowers. Light-bodied, very crisp acidity and mineral-driven, zesty finish; clean and refreshing with aging potential.


Food Pairing

Western: grilled/poached white fish, oysters, goat cheese, roast chicken, green salads. Asian: sushi/sashimi, steamed fish, spicy Thai or Sichuan dishes, cold sesame noodles, dim sum.


Production Method

Whole-bunch pressed, fermented with native yeasts in temperature-controlled steel; low-intervention approach, limited sulfur or none at bottling (established practice).


Vineyard Info

The Starting Point, founded by Reisa Jiang, is a boutique Ningxia estate with ~15 ha and vineyards planted in the 1990s; produces limited, artisanal bottlings focused on Riesling and low-intervention winemaking.
