Tasting Note
Ripe blackcurrant and plum with cedar, graphite and dried herb notes; firm ripe tannins, medium-plus body, bright acidity and an earthy, persistent finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit, native-yeast fermentation and gentle extraction; part-aged in oak barrels. Low-intervention, minimal added sulfur and light or no filtration.

Founded 2015 by winemaker Reisa Jiang in Helan Mountain, Ningxia. Boutique natural winery practicing organic/low-intervention viticulture; small annual production (~10,000 bottles).
