Tasting Note
Concentrated dark blackberry and plum with black cherry, espresso, cedar, tobacco and vanilla. Velvety texture, refined tannins, bright acidity and a long, savory finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, venison, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), beef bulgogi, Chinese char siu, Sichuan beef, Japanese yakiniku.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested fruit from young blocks; fermented and barrel‑aged at the three parent wineries, then brought together and blended at final assemblage.
