Tasting Note

Bright red cherry, raspberry and violet with orange blossom, black tea, baking spice and savory forest-floor notes. Silky texture, focused acidity, fine-grained tannins and a persistent, slightly savory finish.

Western: roast duck, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, lamb, aged Comté. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, teriyaki chicken, char siu pork, Korean BBQ, shiitake-based dishes.
