Tasting Note

Perfumed and savory: rose petals, black cherry, pomegranate and blood orange with dried tobacco, sage, cracked white pepper and saline minerality; bright, focused red fruit with an earthy, long finish.

Production Method

Estate blend from Radian, Bentrock and Sanford & Benedict; small-lot fermentations with ~5% stem inclusion; aged 12 months in French oak (about 15% new).
