Tasting Note
Black currant, plum and dark cherry with violet florals, cracked pepper and clove; smoked/toasty oak, vanilla and a savory olive note. Medium-plus acidity, ripe moderate tannins and a balanced, savory finish.

Production Method
Night-harvested fruit; open-top fermentation with daily hand plunging (~3.5 weeks); matured in mixed French oak (≈15% new) before bottling.
