Tasting Note

Zesty, aromatically intense with gooseberry, grapefruit, white peach, green fig and subtle herbaceous/sea-saline notes; very crisp, vibrant acidity and a long, salivating finish.

Western: oysters, mussels, ceviche, grilled white fish, goat cheese, roast chicken, salads. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Vietnamese spring rolls, Thai green papaya salad, Vietnamese shrimp rolls, light Thai or Vietnamese seafood dishes.
