Tasting Note
Ripe pear and stone fruit with Meyer lemon, crisp apple flesh, roasted cashew and white spice. Mineral backbone and a fine acid line; plush, textural palate with a light herbaceous lift.

Hand‑harvested, whole‑bunch pressed; 100% barrel fermented, underwent (variable) malolactic fermentation and matured in oak for about nine months before homogenising and bottling.
