Tasting Note
Crisp, linear Chardonnay—bright kaffir lime, grapefruit, white nectarine and pineapple with subtle smoky vanilla oak, light chalky texture and focused acidity leading to a long, refreshing finish.
Food Pairing
Western: smoked salmon, roast chicken, creamy pasta, grilled prawns. Asian: pork dumplings/siu mai, sushi/sashimi, steamed fish, light Chinese or Japanese chicken dishes.
Production Method
Minimal-intervention: grapes gently pressed; juice fermented in stainless steel and older French oak; aged on lees for several months; subtle oak integration and minimal filtration to preserve freshness.
