Tasting Note
Blackcurrant, dark plum, violet and eucalyptus with liquorice, cedar and cocoa notes. Medium–full body, fine-grained firm tannins, bright acidity and a lingering, savory finish.

Production Method
Machine-harvested, crushed and destemmed, inoculated with cultured yeast; stainless-steel ferment with regular pump-overs, pressed, malolactic fermentation and matured up to 12 months in French oak.
