Tasting Note
Floral-fruity opening with cream and vanilla; abundant candied fruits and crème brûlée, supported by prunes and baking spice; long finish of mandarin peel, sandalwood and Chinese oak spice.

Western: roast pork, charcuterie, aged cheddar, dark chocolate, crème brûlée. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Sichuan-spiced dishes, Cantonese roast, smoked tofu.
Production Method
Blend of malt whiskies (Chinese and European barley, plus sourced Scotch), fermented long, distilled in copper pot stills, matured in ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and Chinese Danling/Changbai oak casks; NAS, non-chill filtered.

Produced by Pernod Ricard at The Chuan Distillery (Mount Emei). Launched 2023 as the group's prestige Chinese malt project, integrating local barley, spring water and proprietary Chinese oak.
