Tasting Note
Pronounced juniper with layered herbal and floral notes, bright citrus peel, cooling mint and subtle coastal salinity; gentle spice and liquorice underpin a clean, dry, long finish.

Production Method
Nine classic botanicals macerated overnight in 100% wheat spirit; slow (~17‑hour) distillation in Bruichladdich’s Lomond pot still (“Ugly Betty”) with 22 hand‑foraged Islay botanicals in a vapour chamber; diluted with Islay spring water to 46% ABV.
