Tasting Note
Perfumed red and pomegranate fruit with violets, star anise, dried herbs and a subtle smoky/reductive note; medium-bodied, bright acidity, fine tannins and a saline, elegant finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Garnacha Fina; whole-cluster fermentation on native yeasts in concrete vats, short maceration (6–8 days), aged ~6 months in concrete, bottled unfiltered; organic/biodynamic viticulture.

Part of Terroir Sense Fronteres (Terroir al Límit project) led by Dominik Huber; high-altitude vineyards (600–800 m) with 40–80-year-old vines on red clay and gypsum soils, low yields and sustainable farming.
