Tasting Note
Bright citrus and orchard fruit with jasmine, beeswax, toasted nuts and saline minerality; subtle oxidative honeyed notes, crisp acidity and a long, stony finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, gentle basket pressing, wild fermentation in concrete vats, aged 8–11 months in concrete/Stockinger foudres; biodynamic farming, minimal intervention, bottled unfiltered.
